3. Hosting / IONOS

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit this website, IONOS automatically collects and stores server log data, including:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • IP address of the accessing device
  • Date and time of the request

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the technically secure and stable delivery of this website. Data is not combined with other sources. When you submit the contact form, we collect:

  • Your message

We process this data exclusively to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, where no contractual relationship arises, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling business inquiries).

Form submissions are processed via Elementor Forms and stored within our WordPress installation on IONOS servers in Germany. Data is retained for up to 3 years for documentation purposes, unless a longer retention period applies.

5. Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is a tag management tool that loads other scripts. It does not itself set cookies or collect personal data. It activates other tags which may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient website operation).

6. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

GA4 uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use this website. The information generated — including a truncated version of your IP address — is transmitted to and stored by Google. IP anonymisation is enabled by default in GA4.

We only activate GA4 after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Manage consent” in the cookie banner.

reCAPTCHA analyses visitor behaviour automatically when the contact form is loaded. The information collected, including IP address, is transmitted to Google for analysis.

9. Data Transfers to Third Countries

Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA involve transfers of data to Google servers in the United States. These transfers are covered by Google’s participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. No other transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area take place in connection with this website.

10. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
